6600K is only 9% faster.

that could be 6-8 more frames

only if the CPU is the bottleneck and I've yet to see a game that bottlenecks on an i5.

still for cpu intensive games that is beneficial an extra few frames. and also for future game titles

the difference between 120fps and 130fps in Total War is negliglbe but the difference between 60 fps medium and 60 fps ultra is noticeable in Witcher 3 :)
