Black screen when about boot to windows 8.1

Hey! I have this issue I cannot solve at all.

When there is no any drivers installed I can without any problem boot to windows with my Msi R9 390 but.. When I have installed drivers there will be almost immediately a black screen when windows opens IF it will not blackout immediately when the driver is installed.

So because I can boot to windows with my graphics card without drivers, the drivers are the issue? I have tried 15.15 and 15.20 drivers.

I have a Intel 6600k, Asus Z170 Pro gaming mb, Crucial ballistic 2x8Gb DDR4 at 2400Mhz, 2x 240Gb SSD's in RAID0 and Psu is XFX 850w gold plus.
