also i like nvidia gpus better and an r7 260x wont use any dx12 while at least the 750 ti will be able to use some of it

It's actually the other way around, nvidia's maxwell series won't be able to use Dx12 properly.

OP - don't get either card - a used 7950/7970 will offer MUCH better performance. Or at least save up 60$ more and get a 380

I,love my 750ti,

Though at 1080p it can run Shadow of Mordor Medium settings 50+FPS. ( CPU is a bottleneck also ) I wish it could do more.

I have my reasons for the 750Ti.

The only true one being is no new PSU, and PCIe power clnnectors were not needed
