Depending on your location:

 

  • R7 260X
  • GTX 750Ti
  • R7 265

The 750Ti and 265 are usually slightly over your budget, but maybe you're able to squeeze a little more money out of your pockets.

Otherwise you can get a 260X. Keep in mind that these graphics cards are not able to handle all games at 1080p.
