Very slow internet speed problem

I just moved from to italy and my internet speed is 2-3 mb/s ,i used to have 200mb/s and surf the internet very fast.. i jumped to 2mb/s and it's very slow..it shouldnt be this slow , somethimes my pages dont even load , youtube barely works , google gets stuck..my ISP can't do shit ..is there anything I can do? The speed is slow but why do my pages get stuck..reload doesnt work..nothing works.(btw it took me like 10 mins to get here)

Yeah that's about how slow that is. Is that the speed your current plan offers? If so you can get a higher tier plan if available.

The signal doesnt reach where i live , 2mb/s is the best i can get here..even if i talk to them to change my internet to 20mb/s i'll still have 2mb/s. Even my phone internet is faster..i`m pretty sure i don't have even 1mb/s on my phone
