Best web browser for cross platforms

Hey I'm wondering what would be the best browser for using cross platforms and having everything be exactly the same on either computer (aka bookmarks staying upto date on each) Ive just gotten a little annoyed with Safari lately thanks!

chrome or firefox, chrome is quite bad if you have less then 4gb ram, it uses 1gb or more sometimes.

I run Chrome both on my PC and my Mac and it runs just fine, a lot better than Safari which for some reason struggles with my Retina resolution. I also use Chromium on Linux.

i got 8 gigs in it so i shouldnt have much problems its just my cpu thats limited (2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo with a Nvidia 320m)

I got chrome on my gaming rig, my laptop and my smartphone. 

If you use the same google account on every device you automatically have the same addons, bookmarks and browser history, pretty handy imo
