External Soundcard/Amp - choices

I'm looking at an extra headphone which has a impedance of 250 ohm (BeyerDynamic DT990). Therefor I'm looking for a headphone amp or external soundcard.

 

I was looking at the following 2:

- Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi HD

or

- Asus Xonar U7

 

I find negative and positive's for both.. so I'm kinda stuck. Or if someone has an other option?

See what you can find from SMSL in your area. They offer quality products for good prices. If you have an optical or digital coax input on your PC I would suggest the SMSL SD793-II.
