Hi Guys,

Gamer, Streamer, Video editor and Web design/developer.

Is Haswell-E for me, if so which CPU 5820k or 5930k, Will only ever have a max of 2 GPU's as i prefer single gpus and ideally replace with new tech when 2 isn't good enough.

As in the following video suggested you should use a Skylake CPU if you only want to play games or if for some reason single core performance is important to you.

But if you want to edit videos for example you should probably jump on a 5820k, because of the additional 2 cores. This will safe you quite a bit of time.

The 5930k isn't worth it at all I think. It has only small advantages compared to the 5820k, for a much higher price.
