You'll have no problem maxing out Minecraft with those specs, however for the CPU, GPU, Motherboard, and RAM look to Ebay. I recently got a Q6600, GT 610, Intel Motherboard, and 4GB's of DDR2 RAM for only 60$. Or buy some of the parts off ebay and step it up in other areas of your system.
