Hello , i started PC BUILD , i am starter and i have this components :

CPU : AMD FX - 8320 x8 3.5 Ghz , 16 MB 

Motherboard : Asus M5A78L-M USB3

Case : MS Champion

RAM : Kingston Hyper x 

GPU : MSI Radeon R9 380x 2 GB

Power suply : 700 W

hd : Toshiba 1 tb

 

I started and i have problem whit evrything ,

first i heard about satic elektricity and i dont whana to continue ,

can someone help me pls ?

Dont worry about static electricity. As long as you ground yourself put on a power supply and dont build your system near a carpet, rug or plastic table cover (basically anything that can build up large amounts of static) you should be fine. Also make sure you have a good quality power supply. There are many videos on youtube about choosing the right power supply so I would recommend doing some research.  As always, if you anymore questions feel free to ask them on the forum.

Well the think with electricity is just keep yourself grounded by touching the case or the power supply.

Just touch the PSU to ground yourself and you should be fine but when installing the CPU/RAM rest the motherboard on the box it came in.

Work on a wooden table and keep away from carpet

i bought zalman 700 w power suply is it good  ?

It helps but not necessary I just built mine in vest and tracksuit bottoms
