Ok so ive been wanting to start getting parts for a 4k gaming pc and would like some suggestions as to which parts would work best. I would like to be able to get 60 fps on most games with  max settings but not sure with whats out on the market right now would do the job, I plan on getting parts over time so if I had to put a price tag on it id say 3000 to 5000 should do the job. If anyone can help me with a good 4k build that be great, I have no idea what parts would work for it.

If you're actually serious about buying this, go with @robert1339 's build. It will do just fine. You'll have to add a monitor tho.
