Why build just to overclock?  Yeah, it's cool but the benefit is not extremely high for most of us.

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

@ OP the h55 is pretty poor for the price. If you already have one fine, but you are better off with either an air cooler or if you really want AIO go for a LEPA Aquachanger 240.
