Z Motherboard, K cpu, and a cooler. But I don't see a large benefit margin. So if your budget is tight don't bother.

What upgrades should i do to this pc if i wanted to overclock? (New cpu, Cooler, Etc.)

I would say next time get a z97 board if you plan to over clock because there is no point in just buying a new mobo because the z97 boards are only 10-20 dollars more, but what he said

Upgrade to Z97 or Z170 and get a K processor. Also get a good cpu cooler. What's your budget to upgrade?
