Wrong RAM Frequency?

Go to solution Solved by Oshino Shinobu,

DDR = Double Data Rate (Double the actual DRAM frequency). The effective clock is 1866MHz. Everything is correct.

Hey guys,

I have a question. I just upgraded my PC with the Kingston HyperX FURY 8 GB  2-DIMMs DDR3-1866 RAM kit. I launched CPU-Z to check whether everything's right but something caught my eye. Everything looks good but it says my DRAM Freq is 931.4 which doubled is almost 1866. But that doubled should be my NB Freq right?. Well it says the NB Freq is 1596.8 so is there something wrong?
