Just got the tab s2 as its the same speed as my m8. Sometimes it's slower. And it has an octacore cpu!?!?

octacore doesn't mean it's fast. Most octacores are big.LITTLE design, which makes them power efficient and not necessarily fast.

8 cores, NOT all at once bro...

 

4+4 is the way to analyze them IMO.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
