The 960 is in my price bracket, and I am wondering which one performs best. Less than $230 is optimal, but up to $250 is fine.

Get a R9-380 instead unless you need ShadowPlay or GameStream.

It offers 5-15% higher performance over the GTX 960 and at a reduced cost. Though, you will need to provide more wattage, so it may not be worth it to you in the long run if you're concerned about power draw.

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB STRIX OC | BitFenix Prodigy (Black/Red) | XFX PRO Black Edition 850W

Okay, then which 380? Also which 960 is best? I'll look at the Nvidia features and see if it's worth it.
