Yesterday i was playing gta 5, and my system just randomly crashed. The sound continued but like it was stuck. Then i got a no video input message. My temps were fine and my video card was also fine. Found that out by running on the integrated graphics didn't work. When i restart my pc it gives a short beep. I have looked it up and it seems that it means that my ram doesn't reset itself. However, when i try to restart my pc, i get the no video input message again, so i can't boot in windows to clear the ram with a programm. So how can i fix this issue?.

Btw i can acces the bios for about 20 sec before getting no video input. this pc is also a week old.

RAM is volatile and should be clearing itself every time the computer is shut down so this is very confusing to me. I would start by either unplugging the computer for a couple minutes or removing and reinstalling the RAM while the computer is off. Re-seating the RAM will not harm the computer in any way however it may boot directly into the UEFI BIOS if the mobo detects the RAM was re-seated.

You could also try turning off the psu, removing the cmos battery on your motherboard for 30 seconds and then putting it back to see if that works.
