Audio problem. Need help immediately

so I woke up and I turn on my computer. when I wanna watch a video I figured out I can't hear something. Example, I'm watching LTT videos and I can't hear what they're saying. Need help

Always check the stupid things first. I remember when I first built my PC I freaked the shit out because it wasn't turning on, I had checked EVERYTHING and was flipping out.
