Im taking programming at my school, but we're learning Alice so if anyone has any places where I can learn to code (C# preferably) FOR FREE then could you tell me. thanks

learn basics off https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa288436(v=vs.71).aspx and then try looking at other people's code (preferably commented). IMO the best way to learn to program for free. If you don't mind paying, BUY A BOOK. Books are the best way, period.

i know LWJGL has some great examples of java code, i'm sure theres plenty of stuff out there.
