Disclaimer: I know my GPU is cheap for this build. Right now I don't have a monitor to support a high GPU. Later down the road I will upgrade my GPU and monitor all in pop.

Because it was a $190 PSU that I got for $100. It comes with a 7 year warranty, so why not.

I think it's a waste to buy a cheapish GPU now and upgrade later. If this build is for gaming spend a bit less elsewhere and at least get a 390 or 970

The problem is that my monitor can't take advantage of any thing better a R9 380

What I'm saying is that you can fit a R9-390 into that budget with no difficulty.
