so yeah, the title is pretty self explanitory,

what's all this hissing reptillian malarkay going on in the vessel comments on the home made waterblock review (*SPOILER*)?

English isn't my native language and that phrase is kind of hard for me to understand.. ;)

I've heard that there is some guy getting popular on the utube, and he calls his subs "reptilians" and apparently they are just posting "Hisssss" in the comments of videos.
