How far can I overclock a 6700K with a 980ti g1 and a m12 620W seasonic psu

As far as it can go. Power is not your limiting factor in this case.

Your GPU doesn't matter in overclocking (unless you overclock the GPU DUH), but the board (most of the time) does. So, that brings the question, what motherboard do you have? Plus, we can't predict how well binned your chip is so we can only give rough estimates.

It all depends on how well ur MoBO takes OC which differ from board to board and how lucky you are on  the CPU lottery...also if you know how to OC, some ppl don't know where to start, they just crank the multiplier and off they go with out testing or anything.
