My PC randomly shuts down.. all temps normal even at idle it happens.

I only fix it by system recovery. i recover my system from where it does not shut down randomly.

after a few days the same problem comes back. and i ddnt install anything new. or change anything.

are you sure its not just updating?  it does do forced updates that may reboot your computer.   how often does it happen?

sorry forgot to mention

another thing i noticed is when the PC shutsdown / restarts my electricfan on my room. also gets affected.

i replaced my wall socket thingking it was just loose but ddnt fix the problem. i tried other AVR. i'm suspecting my PSU has the problem (not sure)

because when i system restore the PC it seems it gets fixed. now i'm really confused if its a hardware problem but most likely its software prob. i think.

Your problem has to do with the PSU doing a short circuit. You want to replace your PSU. If the problem persists, contact a certified electrician as clearly there is a electric problem with the room you are in. You test in a different room (different breaker circuit) to confirm.
