Help computer turned off during GPU Driver update

My cat jumped up on my case as i was installing the GPU driver and shut the computer down and now when ever i boot up its just a black screen with a mouse on it, i cant even enter the BIOS. wtf do i do

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

Try going in safe mode and remove the driver tgrough tge control panel.

Main rig: Shockwave - MSI Z170 Gaming 7 MOBO, i7-6700k, 16GB DDR4 3000 MHz RAM, KFA2 GTX 980ti HOF, Corsair RM1000 PSU, Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD, WD 7200RPM 3TB, Corsair Air 540 White, ASUS P278Q 1440p 144Hz display.

 

Laptop: Lenovo Y510p, i7-4700HQ, 12 GB (8+4) 1600MHz DDR3 RAM, GT755 2GB SLI graphis card, 1366x768 display.

i tried that but still just goes to blank screen with mouse on it with the thinking thing on it

That is odd. What if youjust reinstall windows? Or boot from usb, dvd drive?

I was thinking that as i have a laptop with windows 10 so i could make a recovery USB but how do i make my desktop boot with the USB when i cant get in to the BIOS

put the gpu in and hook up you monitor to your motherboard not your gpu and see if you go to your computer 

The motherboard doesnt have any display out puts, i could stick another GPU in. yeah going to try that

You can't get in the bios? Damn... That is bad. I had some video card issues but nothing like that. Can you remove the graphics card and run the computer on the igpu?

no I gpu but i got a old GPU i can plug in that is so old the computer runs of microsoft display adaptor as there is no driver for the GPu
