It'll only help if your PC is garbage. Even then it won't really be useful.

Never actually seen any performance gains using it...

it stops processes and services and frees up almost 350 mb ram every time I Boost my game or pc

But you have 16GB of ram, so the 350MB of saved ram doesnt help.

If you would've had 4 or 6 GB of ram it could be helpfull, but for you: nope

System: CPU - I5-6500 Motherboard - Asus B150M-A RAM - Crucial ballistix sport 2x4GB DDR4 @2400MHz GPU - RX 480 PSU - Seasonic S12II 520W Case - Aerocool Aero-800 HDD - Seagate 1TB SSD - PNY CS1311 120GB Monitor - AOC G2260VWQ6

350 megs?

thats a joke.

Yeah the software is a waste of space. If you have an NVidia based GPU use NVidia GeForce experience for the best possible FPS results, NVidia literally tuned those settings to perfection/

Stuff like that is generally meant as a 1 button press for low end gaming systems that need every ounce of resources your system can spare to run a game. Your comp isnt even close to needing this

When you are having to turn everything on minimum to make something playable, then consider crap like this.

System Specs

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x | Mobo: Gigabyte B550i Aorus Pro AX | RAM: Hyper X Fury 3600 64gb | GPU: Nvidia FE 4090 | Storage: WD Blk SN750 NVMe - 1tb, Samsung 860 Evo - 1tb, WD Blk - 6tb/5tb, WD Red - 10tb | PSU:Corsair ax860 | Cooling: AMD Wraith Stealth  Displays: 55" Samsung 4k Q80R, 24" BenQ XL2420TE/XL2411Z & Asus VG248QE | Kb: K70 RGB Blue | Mouse: Logitech G903 | Case: Fractal Torrent RGB | Extra: HTC Vive, Fanatec CSR/Shifters/CSR Elite Pedals w/ Rennsport stand, Thustmaster Warthog HOTAS, Track IR5,, ARCTIC Z3 Pro Triple Monitor Arm | OS: Win 10 Pro 64 bit
