Okay, So i've got a Corsair Carbide 300R and an X99-Deluxe Motherboard.... The radiator doesn't have enough clearance to mount to the top with both fans. So i at least mounted it to the top with ONE fan... Will that be enough to cool it? I am not overclocking or doing anything extreme. This is going to be used to play BF4 but not constantly. I just want to see if there is enough fan power by that one fan to cool it sufficiently. I have a fan on the rear, and a fan at the drive bay, and i took the second fan and set it to pull air out of the case on the side window. The 970FTW Video card has 2 fans that i can set to run at high when i get everything up and running... But i have YET to power anything on.

I managed to fit an h100i on my 300r, I drilled new mounting holes in the top mesh - has been working this way since I bought it :D

Without knowing what rad(s) and fan(s) you are using that is hard to say. Usually the second fan only has a slight effect, if that slight difference is needed depends on the rads and fan...

If you're familiar with the case, and the x99-deluxe motherboard, there is almost NO clearance between the top of the motherboard and the radiator... I can barely fit the radiator in there. i can put one fan in, and the other blocks the EATX plug.... i'm looking at other mounting options

How bad are the temps? If the temps arent to bad under load it should be fine. You'll never reach the full potential of the aio but you'll be fine..
