390x CF or buy a good single card

simo292a

I currently got a single msi r9 390x and i am thinking of getting one more but that would also mean that i have to upgrade my psu and motherboard. If i do get another what ATX motherboard and psu would be good for 390x CF? Or do you just think i should get a good single card when my r9 390x gets old or i am not satisfied with the performance?

Save your money and wait for pascal and HBM 2.0 to come out. See where the performance is and possibly get the best card you can afford.

I would just say stick to what you have if your on single monitor 1080p.

If you are moving up in resolution i would see how much a EVGA Supernova 750w G2 + A decent motherboard + new r9 390x VS getting a 980ti. Just reading what i wrote i can see getting a new single stronger card (like the 980ti) will be cheaper.
