Fallout 3 crashes on startup.

Fallout crashes on startup just before the main menu. Iv'e heard a lot of people say it is because i am on windows 10 but my other PC with windows 10 is perfectly fine with running it.

 

Specs of the machine i am trying to run the game on.

 

Samsung series 7 chronos

I7-3635qm

Radeon hd8770m (though it usually wants to use the intel graphics 4000 instead)

8Gb RAM

256 GB A-DATA SP610 SSD

Windows 10

Yeah apparently all i needed to do was change the game resolution to my desktop resolution.
