I'm thinking of moving from my NZXT S340 down to an SG13 for portability. Can someone let me know if they think this set up will work well, or if I will have overheating problems due to my open air cooler on the GPU? My CPU radiator will be set to exhaust air from the case.

Triple post, mate. Delete the extras.

 

Also, not at all. One of the people I built for has a 290x and overclocked i5 running just fine ITX. Just use decent cooling (which you already have).
