R9 390 instead of 970, unless power consumption is a big issue for you

I would agree, but they would also have to upgrade their PSU to a 650W.

Looks good, but you could always go for a Z97 build and use the savings on a better GPU if this PC is pretty much only for gaming.

Yeah. Power is ONE issue if I do that. Another issue is, the Nvidia Shadowplay is something that I need. Not looking to spend another few years with AMD's DVR program. I've dealt with their DVR program for over 2 years now and it has frustrated me every single time I've used it. Definitely would go with the 390 tho. If only AMD had better recording software...

Stick with nvdida :) we have cookies.. ANYWAY looks good to me. I'd get a 256gb ssd though as the 120 will fill up instantly.
