Are the monitors part of the budget?

Also for a bit more you could get a 4k Free-sync display, assuming around 100 bucks per 1080p IPS display, the 4k monitor is $500

 

1080p displays aren't the best for editing due to limited vertical space, Though with 3 of them I suppose you could split up an editor better
