Should ARK look like this? Or did I break it already?

Are your texture settings set to potato?

It's set to medium, which is why I'm confused

Set them to high/ultra and see what comes up. I don't personally have the game, but I know it shouldn't be that bad.

Put it on ultra, textures popped in, put it back on medium, textures look like it's from the playstation 1

Yeah I've seen the textures on higher settings and they don't look that horrible, they're not amazing but that looks worse than console skyrim

Dunno mane. That's probably how it's set in the game engine. I'd look for myself, but I don't personally have the game.

 

I'd buy it but I've been hearing too much shit about it.
