Hi guys, I have been having some issues with my computer for the past month (yes, it was working before).

It started about a month ago, when I tried to turn on my computer and got nothing (no fans, lights, etc.). I started troubleshooting and eventually found out that if I flipped my power supply off and then on again, my computer would boot up normally. I put up with doing this every time I had to use my computer for the next few weeks, and started researching new power supplies (as I assumed that was the problem).

Then, last week, my PC won't turn on at all, not even when messing with the PSU. So I ended up ordering a new EVGA 500W, and installed it fine. Then I go to turn on my computer and nothing happens. I double-check to make sure I have all the connectors plugged in (I have built 3 other PC's so I know what I'm doing) and it still isn't turning on. So I remove the first RAM stick (I have 2), nothing. Then I remove the second RAM stick and reinstall the other, and it boots fine. That was yesterday afternoon. Then I turn on my PC today, and it won't boot. I did not reinstall the old RAM or make any changes to the system.

So, what is my problem? At first it seemed to be my PSU, but that doesn't seem to be it, then I thought it was that stick of RAM but that isn't it either. Could my motherboard be malfunctioning? I know it isn't my power switch.

Sounds like the motherboard.  You said you have built PC's before so if you have old motherboards that are compatible with your CPU/RAM I would recommend that you use one of those to see if the motherboard is the problem.  If you get the same results than it's the RAM.
