I'm not sure if it is just me, but I do not understand what you are asking... Are you asking if it is possible to install windows 10 on a pc from a cd without a drive?

Yes, what you have to do is make sure they are on the same network and share the cd/dvd rom drive on the computer that has it, then you use the shared drive (from the other computer to copy over the files. Of course the computer being upgraded has to already have a qualifying install of windows then.

Much easier is to buy a flash drive and skip all that hard work :)

If you mean DVD drive you can just download the Window ISO on a USB using :http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then just use the product key that came in the DVD case or just buy an external DVD drive
