144hz problem

So i turned on my computer this morning and i noticed my screen was flickering when i was playing. I checked windows settings and it was set to 60hz from some reason, i tried to change it back to 144hz but then it would just black screen for like 30 secounds and it would reset back to 60hz. I

nvidia settings is set to 144hz and im using a dvi, my monitor is AOC g2460Pqu
