Amaya Roasting Co. Ethiopa local single origin small batch roasted.

 

17g beans - 28 second draw into a 34g liquid of espresso.

 

Brewed with a Rancilio Silvia, and Rocky Grinder used for grounds. Rattleware tamper. 58mm.

I use to drink tons of coffee until it negatively effected my health. I could drink coffee and fall asleep lol... only occasionally drink coffee now, usually when I'm doing economic research.

I must admit that I love me some Peppermint mocha once in a while

A peppermint mocha would be perfectly fine.

Its when people start adding things like "lite water" that the problems start
