My ram is 1866mhz 9-9-9-24. However on my BIOS is default 1600mhz 11-11-11-34. I try making it what it's running at, changed all timings and MHz, volted to 1.65 and 1.5v. When I'm running benchmarks like valley and 3d firestrike, it's fine no crashes or freezes. Problem is when I get into games after a few seconds it auto closes with no error or anything. Works fine with 1600mhz 11-11-11-34. Help pls

Have you tried using the XMP profile associated with the DIMMs?

Yes

Does it occur in all games?

many of the gskill 1866mhz kits seemed to be rated at

1866mhz  9-10-9-28 2N  1.5V

I would try the above settings with up to 1.65V

can you link your exact memory kit?

First you need to understand that bench testing is just that, its a bench test and normally gives you a best case scenario when testing.

I know this isnt the answer your looking for, however Im going to give it to you in any case. The performance increase you will get from changing the timing and mhz is so small that I would be asking myself the question, "Is it really worth it."
