If you're talking about changing the language of the phone, you should be able to do it in the settings, and from memory it's something like Settings -> General -> Language and then you should be able to pick the one you'd like :) Note that some apps won't have translations

if you're talking about a different keyboard, it'll be something like Settings -> General -> Keyboards -> Choose Keyboard

Specs: CPU: AMD FX 6300 Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A DS3P RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB 1866MHz GPU: MSI R9 270 OC edition Case: Sharkoon VS3-S SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB HDD: 1TB Caviar Blue PSU: Corsair CX500W

*If I say something that seems offensive, please don't take it seriously, it was most likely meant as a joke/sarcastically*

ah, I see what you mean. If it's not listed in the settings, the only thing I can think of would be to jailbreak the phone (note: in doing this your warranty will be voided) but even then you might not be able to find what you're looking for

I would give the exact same advice as the person above already said. iOS is a very backward software, and is not open for third-party development at a software-code level. If you have updated your phone to iOS 9, wait a wee while before jailbraking, as new versions of the jailbreak are often unstable, and any changes you make to your phone under warranty you are held liable for.
