Which Windows 10 iso do I need?

I upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 10 but want to download the Windows 10 Iso so I can do a fresh install of Windows 10. However, I'm not sure which version of Windows 10 I have. I get the option of Windows 10, Windows 10 KN, Windows 10 N and Windows 10 Single Language. Which one do I download?

I can't check on my PC because it's corrupted

I'm from the UK if that makes a difference.

Edit: I forgot to remove the key because I was talking to Microsoft support and put all the relevant info into a textedit page and forgot to take it out when posting here !

N means it doesn't gave Media Player and other things.. Microsoft was required to make versions without it after a court rouling in 2004 I think. It's destined for the EU , Switzerland and South Korea , though that one has a special name , KN. The N still means the same thing though.
