BIG PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

Hello guys need help cause im going crazy !!!

 

Let me start the story as it was .

 

I had a Pallitt 770 in my pc but it got burned after a year of use , maybe cause off electricity and thunderstorms going on. 

 

Because the wait was big to get a new one  the supplier that i ordered the card from said that i can have an Asus 770 if i cant wait for the Pallit. So i said why not , Assus awesome.

Put the card in and the card after 10-15 min in game would crash with blue , brown , green colours , NOT windows crash.

So i sent back the card to the provider and he said that the card has no problem (?)

So i said hmmm... 

 

So i go and buy a new PSU , Corsair RM750 Gold and an APC so i can have an secure electricity .

Unfortunately the APC was connected in a faulty plug and blew my motherboards SATA and burned 4 hard drives which one of them caught on FIRE , really , on fire. 

Motherboard off and 4 hard drives off . PSU showed no damage

 

So i go and order a new motherboard , an new CPU because i couldnt find a motherboard which was compatible.

So Asus H97 - PLUS , CPU i5 @3.5 Haswell .

Put everything in , put the card in which the provider said that has no problem and again the same thing. it crashes ONLY in games and comes with a message in the start of the reboot 

" Power Supply Surges detected during the previous power on. ASUS anti-Surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power suply unit."

 

What does this mean though? Has my power supply went bad? Or is the card graphics that cant handle the power when it needs it the most because it was most likely second hand card graphics , it didnt even had in the box the instructions and all that it supposed to have in ... 

 

I've connected my GTS 450 now in and it works fine no crashes in game , nothing. But yes it needs less power to operate compered to the 770 so i really dont know what to do... 

NEED HELP !

Did you install the drivers?

the only thing that makes sense to me is if its not getting enough power. but a 750w should be more than enough.. which UPS did you get? and does it work if you plug it into the wall instead of the UPS?

yes the UPS does protect you from power surges (otherwise just get a surge protector for like $20), it also acts as a battery backup in case the power goes out.  im not an expert so i could be wrong, but its possible the psu is drawing more power from the ups than its capable of delivering.  i would try just plugging it directly into the wall with the new psu installed and seeing if you have the same issue.

Do you have a USB to ethernet connected to the UPS to tell it's telemetry?

yes the UPS does protect you from power surges (otherwise just get a surge protector for like $20), it also acts as a battery backup in case the power goes out.  im not an expert so i could be wrong, but its possible the psu is drawing more power from the ups than its capable of delivering.  i would try just plugging it directly into the wall with the new psu installed and seeing if you have the same issue.

Maybe , will try that.

If it has one do it otherwise it might give back false readings. Also the battery could be dead or the circuits that are the surge protection could of gotten fried. At this point I would just use a wall outlet as it may be safer

If it has one do it otherwise it might give back false readings. Also the battery could be dead or the circuits that are the surge protection could of gotten fried. At this point I would just use a wall outlet as it may be safer 

 

Wall outlett to connect the APC ? The APC is hybrid so where would it be better to be connected ? On the wall or on the outlet which is connected on the wall ?
