Corsair VOID Wireless problem....

Got this headset last week and I have a really annoying problem... I can not charge the headset while I'm using it because when I plug in the charger the audio starts cutting out and then I lose sound completely...

 

I've contacted Corsair about this and they told me to try turning it off and on after I plug in the charger but didn't work and they haven't responded with another solution.

 

If anyone else has experienced this and have a solution please help me out, this is really frustrating.
