DLP vs LCD

I am shopping for a new projector and i cant decide if i should buy a DLP one or LCD one. Its for movies and budget is 1500€.

while "LCD" is basicly the same as your desktop screen, but smaller, a much brighter backlight, and a lens.

for some people the DLP projectors create "rainbows" waving all over the screen.

LCD becomes blazing hot...

 

its kind of a personal preference thing.

They say that with LCD projector you see the LCD grid, while DLP you don't, however you loose sharpness.
