I have a SSD that has OSX installed on it and I want to back it up to a hdd then wipe it. Is there a way to clone it on windows or would I have to use a mac? I only have 1 USB HDD thing so I can't transfer it directly if I have to use a Mac (all the macs at my house are laptops). It is small enough that I could copy it to the HDD of the laptop then transfer it to another drive but I don't know how to do that. I also have a 2TB Airport that I thought might be useful but I don't know how to back it up to that either. Thanks for any help!

CPU: Intel i5 2310 Mobo: MSI Z77A-G41 GPU: MSI 760 Twin Frozr 4GB RAM: 8GB ADATA XPG Gaming Series

Storage: OCZ Aglility 3 120 GB SSD, 2 250GB Segate HDDs Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 PSU: Antec NEO ECO 520W

just copy what you really need off the mac to another drive

you don't need to backup everything on it

If you need remote help fixing something on your computer

I can help over Teamviewer if you wish

just msg me on my profile

people always say that

I would just backup there important data....user created data ...most of the other stuff is just os and programs that can easily be downloaded again (make sure you get the serials/keys for paid programs)
