I am trying to install my ram into my motherboard. It is an MSI 970 gaming motherboard Am3+ socket. I am trying to open the ram slots, but only one of the sides opens. When I try and put in the ram, it goes up to the point where I have to use actual force, which is not good. Why is this? Am I doing something wrong. Someone please help

Thank you

They should just click into place on the ones that dont open. to remove it, just lift the one that DOES open and hinge the stick out. As for the RAM, do you have it the right way around? There is a notch in the stick.
