how do i do it i have corsair dominato rplainuim ddr4 says it should be running at 2800 but its not and both xmp modes dont work what do i adjust for manual

I'm guessing it's showing up as 1400MHz? if so, that's normal. DDR = Double Data Rate. so 1400MHz x 2 = 2800MHz

if that isn't the case, have you tried dialing it in manually

Can you post a screenshot of your CPU-Z "memory" tab?  I tried to help you in the thread you made yesterday but you ignored my post.

It looks like this:

So when you try and enable XMP in BIOS, what happens? (Right now you're at 2133 mhz btw)

my computer turns on but nothing happens on the screen

Hmm, do you think you could possibly take a picture on your phone / camera and upload it here showing your BIOS settings where the XMP stuff is?

If there is a drop-down menu can you open it and take a picture of it?

Also If you want to adjust for manual, you'll want your RAM voltage at 1.2 volts, memory multiplier at 28x, BCLK at 100, and timings at 16-18-18-36.
