780 cooler has a scratch, should i RMA?

So Iv requested an RMA and now iv got to pay to send it to Taiwan. Anyone know what the turnaround time usually is?.

All being the key word there, there's no performance degrading damage so i don't see why they should/would. It's not worth their time

 

To clarify, I didn't literally mean scratches over the entire surface of the card, just several scratch locations near the 780 logo.
