go for an I5 4460 and as high a GPU as your budget allows. maybe a 390, or if you have the cash a 980.

a 980Ti will be too expensive i think.

get 8 gigs of RAM, that should be enough for gaming. and a H97 mobo, since you won't be overclocking with a 4460
