building a new computer

my friend is building a new computer and he wants to go with this specs:

i7 6700k

gtx 970

2x 400w PSU

32GB ddr4 ram

 

for the others i'm not sure but i think his build could be more optimized. hell be gaming and using photoshop

Maybe you could stick with one 750+ watt psu

That is a train wreck waiting to happen (the psu), also unless he does professional video editing why does he have 32GB of ram

budget is 1500€ and yes it needs those peripherals

I don't see a problem with 2 PSUs, except the poor mounting options in standard cases and they'll probably cost more than a single PSU, with the combined wattage.

This is the Skylake i7 version of my build with a proper PSU, so I agree with it completely.
