and please mention how many watts power supply would it need 

i am planning to buy a fx8350 8 core and 8 gb ram

 and i need a motherboard with decent features 

and i am getting a 1 tb hard disk

First don't get the 8350, you are better off with a i5 for gaming, it has better IPC.

380 is a good choice, if you have 400W PSU get 960 if you have 500W get 380

i would get an i5 if i was you. microcenter has a 4590 for $160 and a 4690k for $200.

those are easy games, try doing like gta5 max settings and witcher 3, shadows of mordor with the HD pack.

Witcher 3 Max Setting 50-55 ( 60 ) FPS

While their English isn't 100% spot on, it's understandable. So, a 960, while it'll max out some games, it won't max out all games. If every game was well put together like Mad Max, we wouldn't be having this conversation
