Finally a person who is nice. Thanks for your reply. Do you have any motherboard suggestions that can fit a i5-4460? I could use a micro-atx mobo because my perfered case is the coolermaster n200... thanks again.

I love the Cooler Master N200 it's an awesome case, and I would really recommend either the AsRock H81-HDS, it's got USB 3.0 support and is perfectly fine for that CPU, other than that something that would cost about 30$ more would be an AsRock H97 Pro3 / Pro4. All of those motherboards are awesome, and they're all great!

EDIT: This is slightly over budget but it's about as good as it gets at your price point area: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3RkYD3

And no problem, if you need any help you can message me or ask me for my email :P

yeah because you totally can;t fit an i5 in a $500 PC budget right? lol

you can get a used i5 for $20 or $30 more than the FX6300

here is the i3 beating the 6300 in far cry

I highly doubt he will be doing video editing or 3d rendering with that PC anyway

and DX12 is being developed for GPU processing

if you think AMD CPUs will be better than intel CPUs because of something that affect the graphics card you probably need to do a bit more reaserch

thats what im saying that if he is gaming only and that is his top priority go for the i3 and if you get a fx 6300 used it is 50 dollars cheaper than the used i5 -_- and yes you pretty much cant fit an i5 in a 500 dollar pc and get a good gpu

Thank you! this community is NOT what I expected.

Most of the time there aren't arguments, but as soon as you ask for suggestions people get at each others neck about stuff :P

If you wanna see a bad community check out the comments on any WCCF Tech thread. :P

Hey dude, question. Whats a cheap GPU with the capability that can run all games at normal/medium settings at around lets say 45-60fps? I don't plan on maxing every game out at 1080p, I just want to play. ( 100-150$ range )

GTX 950, easily one of the best sub $200 GPU's. It's pretty freaking awesome, leaps and bounds better than both the 750ti and 270/x. What types of games do you play?

950 should do pretty well in GTA 5, with medium settings you should be able to reach 60fps no problem. Not sure about the intensity of ESO but should max that out no problem and most COD games are really easy to max out so I'd say you'd be hitting medium / high at 1080p. Also remember this isn't necessarily the best solution down the road you could SLI 950's if you need to. In games that have good SLI support you'll see frame-rates similar to or better than the GTX 970. However if you do plan on SLI'ing 950's you'll need to upgrade your motherboard and PSU.

I don't plan on getting dual-gpu's just because I won't have that budget even down the line. But one question, I made this build on pcpartpicker and I was wondering if its solid. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pp2Ppg

ALSO I NEED A WI-FI adapter, I don't know how to choose one haha.
